the commerce creator
create lasting commitments
Consumers no longer shop on the basis of quality/price; now they base their decisions
on experience/price criteria. And this has redefined the role of retailers, who must now
totally reinvent themselves, and technology is the key.
How can you meet the challenges of modern commerce when you’re not a tech company?
How can you become competitive quickly when your competitors are bigger and
further ahead than you?
How can you transform your company progressively, while keeping your IT system intact?
Proximis was created in response to these questions. It’s the unified, connected (e)commerce solution for retail brands and store chains.
A single objective:
Sell more, sell better, ONline and INstore!
Proximis puts the sales outlet back at the center of the digital strategy
by offering a unique, seamless customer experience regardless of the
shopping mode: e-commerce, web-to-store, store-to-web, instore, etc.
Online and in-store, webstore and store inventory, e-commerce
and sales associates, Proximis breaks the barriers to give more
power to sales associates by: fighting against stockout, having
the entire product catalogue in the webstore, offering a single
shopping cart and payment, facilitating instore returns, etc.
In one word: innovation!
R&D is a top priority for us, as indeed, it has to be, because we offer a genuinely omnichannel platform on a market where the historic players, which have all been bought out by major multinationals, are still offering e-commerce solutions that are disconnected from stores.
The only French Tech Digital Unified Commerce platform!
French Tech is a global benchmark for the high quality of its products and its ability to innovate.
These are the values that we bring to our customers and partners. We deliver the best the market has to offer, and we guarantee a level of proximity and agility not found anywhere else.
