Discover Proximis the Unified Commerce Solution

Proximis was born un 2010 with a mission: eliminate frictions in commerce.

Frictions are all pain points which annoy consumer in his purchase journey, online, in a marketplace, on a mobile  or in store.

We observe a lot of frictions: absence of information on an item availability, the impossibility to buy a product even if it is in stock, lack of information regarding delivery timeline, wait a delivery for days while the product is available next door, the impossibility to return an item in store because you bought it online, go in store without finding the product you wanted…

Each pain point can be a risk to loose a consumer, even if you invested a lot to have it as a consumer in the first place.

So why take the risk?

  • Why investing all you energy and money on an online strategy which convert only once in a hundred times?
  • Why offering a different experience on each channel?
  • Why investing in different buying solutions to deal with one unique consumer?
  • Why letting your consumer go to your competitors while he was buying your products?

The Proximis mission is to allow you to eliminate all these frictions which destroy the value, to sell more and better satisfy your consumers.

Proximis offers a unique solution integrating e-commerce and stores into your consumers’ shopping journey, and boost your conversion rates in all your markets, locally and internationally. For each product, show your consumers the promise they expect, using all your products stock – warehouse, store, supplier – and all possible services – delivery, click & collect, reservations – within a unified shopping cart that will follow the consumer online and in store.

Thanks to this unique position, our clients double their conversion rate in comparaison with their direct competitors who only manage an e-commerce strategy.
