
Context
JouéClub was an e-commerce pioneer when it launched its first website in 1997, followed by a click & collect “Drive” service in late 2011. It was, however, high time JouéClub reviewed its strategy.
As a cooperative with 220 members and 300 stores, JouéClub was ready to launch a large-scale project. It already had an online selling platform dedicated entirely to home delivery, plus a separate platform for the Drive click & collect service which links to all 221 member websites.
Objectives
JouéClub is a retailer at heart and wanted a solution that combined the web and physical stores. The brand was aware of how important it is to provide a high level of customer service and wanted to offer a connected shopping basket. The brand was keen to move quickly, so it adopted the Proximis SAAS solution.
