Our tool is designed for the end user and responds to the needs of in-store employees in terms of speed of execution, simplicity of use and practicality of the tool. It enables them to retrieve information related to the consumer, their online and/or physical basket, confirm the availability of each product and deliver it from wherever it is, link the delivery methods required for each product and take payment for all the purchases in one go.
Each transaction processed in store by the sales assistant will then automatically be saved to each customer’s account and shared across all of the brand’s sales channels in order to allow continuous and effective service at each level.
